Using FileCurve

FileCurve offers free online tools for converting, compressing, and editing images, PDFs, video, and audio. Free access is provided subject to fair use. You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, and not to use automated clients to bypass rate limits or free tier caps.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you process on FileCurve. By uploading a file you grant us a short, technical licence to process it for the sole purpose of returning a result to you. We do not review, sell, or republish user files.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process every file you upload. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, contains illegal content, or is child sexual abuse material. Accounts and IP addresses used to submit such content will be blocked and may be reported to the authorities.

Pro plans and refunds

Pro features are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. You can cancel any time from the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a tool does not work as described within the first seven days of a new subscription, write to us and we will refund in full.

Availability and liability

FileCurve is provided as is. We try hard to keep the tools fast and accurate, but we do not guarantee continuous availability and we do not accept liability for data loss, failed uploads, or downstream business impact that follows use of the service. Always keep your own copy of any file you run through the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of FileCurve after an update means you accept the new terms.
